Burlesque 101

with The Sultry Femmes

Come get sultry with The Sultry Femmes! We will lead you through some fun dance warmups and teach some classic Burlesque moves. Leave this workshop feeling flirty and confident! All levels welcomed.

The Sultry Femmes is a Burlesque styled dance troupe that was started by performer and choreographer: Valerie Moon. She started the troupe in 2020 when it felt like there was no hope for connection or community. She started teaching at Magic Tree Studio and quickly found a positive group of "Femmes" who just wanted to groove and feel sexy. The Sultry Femmes focus on loving your uniqueness, body acceptance, and feminine expression through movement (whatever that means to you!)
